It has always been a dream of mine to play collegiate soccer at a high level. I have put myself in a good position to do so by playing for Lonestar Soccer Club since 2009. I started on the 97 Red south team then was moved up to the Lonestar 97 Pre-USSF Academy team, the highest level offered for my age group in 2012 and the Lonestar 97B Red Premiere to this day. I also played for South Texas ODP (Olympic Development Program) state team in Alabama in 2013 as the Captain and starting center back. I was the starting right back on varsity for Stephen F. Austin High School my sophomore year (2012-2013) and I made the varsity team my junior year (2013-2014) but unfortunately I sustained a knee injury that took me out for the entire season.
I was in the Academy for Global Studies for my first three years at Stephen F. Austin High school. The program focuses on an international and academically challenging curriculum. In this program students explore cultural traditions both on the world and local scales, while enrolled in a rigorous course load of both pre-AP and AP courses.
In school, I will be playing in the Chamber Orchestra for my fourth year, I am involved in a program that helps incoming freshman with starting high school and that helps children with disabilities and special needs in the school. Outside of school I volunteer at the Capital Area Food Bank by helping package food to be delivered, and distributing food to the less fortunate.
I will put forth my complete and total dedication and commitment, prove my worth, and become a better citizen at any college that I will be fortunate enough to receive a quality education and play collegiate soccer at a high level at.
