I have been a varsity player for my high school since my sophomore year and have been playing primarily as a forward. However, I did play up as a freshman and scored the only goal during the game that got the varsity to the state playoffs. I primarily play right back for my club team in contrast with where I play for high school at left striker. I am very diverse in this regard as my coach knows he can move me where he needs to when someone gets a card or gets injured. I have played in every position except keeper when I have been needed to with success. The formation I am most used to is a 4-4-3 offensively and a 4-5-1 defensively and obviously a 4-4-2. I am a well-balanced, smart player who can read the field well, with the skills and understanding necessary to play at multiple positions.
On the field I am one to speak to the referee, however I am usually cool headed. I’m not afraid to get a card but I rarely do regardless. I consider myself to be one of integrity and try to be above the conflicts that arise in dealing with high school referees; I sincerely hope that college referees are better though. I to talk to my teammates on the field and try to give them information whenever I can such as a pass that is open often or whatever it is that I see. Academically I am a good student, get good grades and do consider them to be of deep importance. I am not one you would have to worry about being eligible because of my grades.
