Personal Statement

My name is Jeffrey Wielczopolski, I am a Senior at Holy Names Catholic High School in Windsor Ontario Canada. I come from a very close knit family that has always supported me and everything I do. They have put forth a tremendous amount of effort to provide me with the best opportunities for my academic and athletic careers and in turn i give it my all whether it be in school or on the field. Being a citizen of both,Canada and of the United States gives me greater amount of opportunity to fulfill my dreams. Currently I play competitive soccer for the U-18 Michigan Wolves and am a DP ( Developmental Player ) for the Michigan Wolves  Academy. I have have been playing soccer since I was 5 years old and it has been an essential part of my life. I also  played baseball for the local travel team for a few years. I played hockey as well, up until the age of 12 when i decided to give all my attention and to concentrate on just soccer. In High School I played and started for the Varsity Soccer and Football teams for the past two years. This year, senior year I plan on continuing this and playing for these teams again. For Football I play as a Kicker/Punter. Both Football and Soccer are the two sports that have had the most influence on my life and I take the leadership skills learned from these sports and use them in everyday life. In College/University I plan on majoring in Criminal Justice and Social Sciences and to play on the school soccer team and to one day hopefully play for a professional team whether it would be in MLS or in Europe. My future career goals are to get into any of the programs such as: FBI, DEA, HSI, CBP, or even here at home RCMP.
