Personal Statement

What makes me different than many equally talented and recruitable athletes is my coachable attitude and the force driving me to always do better. My experience in overcoming adversities of all kinds arms me with a drive unlike most can acquire. I continue to succeed in athletics while maintaining my grades and being an overall good student athlete on and off the field..

My goal on and off the field as a player is always set an example, encourage my teammates, and be the best I can at whatever I am doing. I love the QB position but I will play with my all at any position my coach feels will make the team most successful. I understand being an outstanding athlete does not win games but being a supporting outstanding athletic teammate does.

My ultimate goal is find a school that provides a major leading me to a PHD in Biomedical Engineering.

Why ME?

Tristen Keith Rose

  • By leveraging my athletic ability to open doors for me I know I can make a difference in a lot of people lives walking through those doors on or off the field.
  • Since my first pop warner game I've love the competitiveness with the physicality of football and it's hard to see myself doing anything else.
  • I don’t think of football as just a game but as a lifestyle.
  • I willing submit my self to the  Self-challenge and complete dedication football requires on and off the field.
  • I want to continue to play football to inspire other kids like me.
  • I love football and all the attributes it provides in developing one's self and in bringing individuals together as a team.
  • I love the brotherhood and the extended family that comes with it.
  • I know a lot of who I am today and will be tomorrow is from football, its made me a leader on and off the field.
  • I play with all heart, I play for my teammates, I play for my family, for the community and fans, and I play for my coaches.
  • I want to be the best. I give a 110% on and off the field.
  • I am a play maker, game changer, a key player on and off the field.
  • I will set an example and be leader on and off the field.
  • I will promote the team value and play for my teammates more than I play for myself, because I understand that’s the biggest return of my investment as a player.
  • I am very coach-able.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
