Kenny Domeraski '10 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Kenneth Domeraski. I am 5'11'' 150 pounds. My mental speed is quick and my physical speed is also quick. I made second team all conference for soccer my junior year and first team all conference my senior. I was raised by my grandmother with my younger brother and sister. I am 17 years old and have been hard working since I was young helping to raise my brother and sister with her. I have played soccer since I was 3 and have always pushed myself to my full extent, to always try to make my father proud, who passed away when I was very young. I want to major in computer programing, then get my degree in game design, because i want to have a back-up plan for myself if game design doesn't work out. I want to play in the Fifa league, but i know that this goal is very hard to achieve, I really want to play college soccer as well. So I will push myself until I can't walk to try and achieve my goal, and if it doesn't work out, I will have my game design which will give me a comfortable life style, and I will have the computer programing as well if game design doesn't work well. I am not looking for a specific type of school, just a school that I can be me and feel at home. I want to go to a college that has a strong computer science program to help me succeed with my computer programing goal. I would like to go to a college that is near NJ or a bordering state so I am still close enough to home to get there if something happens and I'm needed there. I can offer a team hard work, and leadership. I was team captain my junior and senior year, and a co-captain my sophomore year. I have the skill and will power to play this sport. Soccer has become one of my passions. Our financial situation isn't the strongest because my grandmother is raising three children and she is out of work. I went out and got my Referee license to help my family. My church has help fund my way to be a representative of our church in Taize, France at the start of my junior year during one of their enormous meetings, Five thousand people from around the world. I also traveled to Italy at the end of my junior year with my Italian 3 class, also strongly funded by my church. I have also went to Kentucky for the Red Bird Mission with my church, helping to repair houses and other needs for people who desperately needed aid. That trip has also made me realize what i have , so i work to keep it.
