I am all about soccer. It's all I do. I'm either at practice, playing in games, participating in tournaments, or just juggling, shooting, and dribbling by myself in my yard. I've played goalie since I started playing at the age of 7. I've played quite a bit in defense as well, typically swapping time between goalie and center back--I've even played a little midfield. Regardless of the position, I've excelled. I've played for various clubs, both good and bad, but regardless, I've always tried my best to keep a positive attitude and most importantly to pass that on to the other players. I've served as a captain on most of the teams that I've played for and I typically man positions that bear the responsibility of running the field. As a keeper, I'm always vocal, almost always positive, and I do everything I can to make my defense and midfielders better. When playing center back, I run the defense, I make sure everyone has their assignments and are doing what they need to do to protect the keeper--I'm particularly protective of my keepers, because I am one. Off the field, I'm very active and family oriented. I enjoy the outdoors, camp often, and love to hike with my parents and my sister. I'm not a static person...I need to be moving. I've always done my best in school as well, always trying to challenge myself with Honors-level classes. I haven't always been at the top of my class, but I have completed everything I've set my sights on. Through the remainder of my scholastic career, my goal it to continue to improve and to graduate in the top quarter of my class.
