Dale Echols '12 Recruiting Profile

I am 5'8', 155 pounds. My most important accomplishment I'd have to say is making the varsity squad my Sophmore year despite spraining my ankle June 24th and getting to play at least 30 min a game. Senior year we won regionals as well as lost in the state-semi 3-2 in OT. What I can offer to a team is leadership, I'm very vocal when on the field and work to get the job done. I'm always open to criticism and trying to improve my game. My top pick for schools to go for at the moment is Salisbury. The type of school I'm looking for is whereever I feel comfortable playing as well as a history of a successful program. In terms of financial "need" I'm only aware of having half my college covered by a G.I. Bill. Scholarships are most welcome because I still may be considering graduate school. My realistic goals are to make a college team my freshman year, possibly work my way up throughout my college career. Playing at the college level is an accomplishment within itself and I plan to take on the challenge and hopefully find success in myself along with my team.
