Everyone wants to be the best. Every athlete has a sport that they want to make it big time in where they will be on T.V playing against teams they once rooted for while on the other end of the screen. To play on those teams everyone says you have to be the best to begin with. I'm not the best though and I am fine with that. I still aspire to be on the other side of the screen and have people cheering me on or even calling me names just because the team I am on is beating their team. Growing up, whenever I had the time, I watched professional teams go at it and fight for the win even if one team has the clear advantage. I strive to join those teams and I have made it my goal to make it to the top and become a professional soccer player. Although I have been acknowledged for having great skill I know i am not the best but i still strive to be the best. I know that the dream of becoming a professional soccer player or even a professional athlete in any sport is pretty much almost impossible but just getting into college level soccer and getting a chance to get noticed by the tops teams would be enough.
