• One of the most prestigious Global Youth Tournaments including academy teams from Chelsea, FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United, AC Milan, and others. Pilipinas Dragons make it to the Quarterfinals, ultimately losing to a class A youth academy from the Netherlands. Dragons beat teams from Japan and Spain along the way.

• Teddy at age 16 mixed with 17-18 YOs. Coach Munga Eketebi (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Munga_Eketebi) gave Teddy a very high rating, primarily 1's and 2's with comments including "He is an explosive player..." and "He can make things happen at any time..." and "He has all the tools to be successful."

• Teddy and his teammates just completed a grueling stayover weekend camp as LaSalle Greenhills prepares to defend their Philippines NCAA National High School Championship. LaSalle will begin their campaign for their third consecutive Philippines NCAA National High School Championship later this month.

• Teddy's high school team continues preparation for the defense of their NCAA HIGH SCHOOL CHAMPIONSHIP with a friendly today. Full 90 minute match played against the College of St. Benilde, a Lassalian university with varsity players age 18-21. LSGH lost the match to the university team by a score of only 2-0, with the match played in 90 degree temperatures. Due to school commitments, many starting defensive players unable to play today, so Coach started Teddy in a defensive midfielder role, again demonstrating the versatility of Teddy as a player. Teddy played the full 90 minutes in the blistering sunshine.

• Phillipines National NCAA High School Competition: 1st win v Perpetual Help

• LaSalle Greenhills (playing under their parent College of St Benilde) played their opening NCAA match today. Teddy captained his side, playing the full 90minand leading his team to a 12-1 win. Teddy scored a hat trick with 3 goals and an assist to lead a total of 8 players who scored in this lopsided victory. Lasalle is now leading the league on goal differential.

• Philippines NCAA National High School Championship : Lasalle remains undefeated

• The "Archers" of Lasalle Greenhills are now two games in to their battle to win their third consecutive NCAA Philippines National High School Championship. They remain unbeaten with a 1-1 draw in their second match on December 01. With a record of 1 win and 1 draw, they sit second in the league table just behind their high school arch rival San Beda College, who have 6 points from 2 games. This is a rebuilding year for Teddy's team, as departures from last years' squad include key central defenders and defensive midfielders. The sole returning, experienced defender is just now returning from an injury, so defense remains the biggest problem with relatively inexperienced sophomores and juniors stepping in to fill the holes. Teddy is the league high scorer with a hat trick in the first game. In the second match, a draw, the coach moved Teddy back to a defensive mid role to bolster the youngsters. This helps to demonstrate the versatility of Teddy, who has started and played every minute of both games in 85-89+ deg heat -a rare player to have the required level of fitness to operate without fatigue or cramps in the high temp and high humidity conditions prevalent here in the Philippines.

• The Pilipinas Dragons Football Club will represent the Philippines via direct support and endorsement from the Philippine Football Federation, as the top B2000 team in the nation.

• La Salle Greenhills earn a spot in the NCAA Final Four
• 12/17/16 to 12/17/16
• The two time defending national High School champion La Salle Greenhills team have earned their fifth consecutive final four appearance, as they look to battle for their third consecutive national high school championship. The "Archers" lost their one and only game in the last game of the regular season to their annual top challenger, San Beda College (high school division). Teddy was the La Salle top scorer with 11 goals, and has a good chance to win the league golden boot award depending upon the results of the final four matchups. The final Four matches will be played through the first half of January.

• Unfortunately, LaSalle Greenhills failed to defend their National Championship, losing in their final match to Champions San Beda by a score of 1-4. However, Teddy was honored with the league Most Valuable Striker Award. With the end of the NCAA season, Teddy now returns to the Global / Pilipinas Dragons Youth U17 team, to prepare for the upcoming Dallas Cup in April.

• Teddy was honored by the top Men's professional team lately, the Global United team based here in Manila. Global is the top rated men's professional team here in the Philippines. Teddy was one of 6 players from the Pilipinas Dragons invited to join the roster of the Global men's team for their run in the upcoming AFC Champions League. However, in order to maintain his amateur status, he had to regrettably decline this opportunity. Nevertheless, it was an honor to be selected to as one of the few young, promisingplayers to be given this opportunity.

• Teddy Travis has been awarded the League Best Striker award for his Senior year. This is a National Award given to the top striker in the NCAA High School league in the Philippines. Although his team made it to the final four, inexperienced defense (all Sophomres) prevented his team from completing a third consecutive National Championship, losing in the final game.

• The Youth Academy team for the Global Cebu men's professional team here in Manila has designated Teddy's "Pilipinas Dragons" as their academy team for the national 17 and under championships. The dragons team advanced to the championship final, where they lost in the second overtime period. However the match is under dispute due to the opponent Fielding an ineligible player.
