Charles Redline '10 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'1", 175 lb. senior from Post Falls, Idaho. As the center defender for Post Falls High School (PFHS), I was chosen as the league's (Inland Empire League) "2009 Defender of the Year" and was also the team's "2009 Lead Scorer." I am equally as determined to deny my opponents' attempts on goal as I am to take advantage of set pieces and score. As a senior, I was Team Captain and named MVP in recognition of my leadership skills, team dedication, and hard work on the pitch. In June 2010, I will graduate from Coeur d'Alene Charter Academy, a rigorous college preparatory school. Since the academy does not have a soccer team, I played on PFHS's varsity team for four years. At the academy, I challenged myself academically by taking a variety of Honors and AP level classes. I am excited about playing soccer at the collegiate level while pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business with an interest in Emergency Services (Fire/EMT). I expect to qualify for some federal financial assistance. I am open to any small or medium school in any geographic area. I am an active Catholic and am interested in Catholic or Christian schools, too. My main priority is to find a good fit where I can play early and often.
