2012 HighlightsPersonal Statement
My name is Devon Miguel Patterson and I am currently researching colleges I may wish to attend after I graduate in 2014. My ultimate goal for the future is to play soccer professionally at the highest level possible, hopefully in Europe, which has been my dream since I was young. I have been working hard towards achieving my goal and will continue to do so whatever comes my way. But in the mean time, I will pursue an education in physical therapy/ sports medicine. As a current junior at Woodland High School in Stockbridge, GA, I am researching colleges that offer these programs as well as a competitive mens soccer program. Currently, I play with the United FA Elite team coached by Iggy Moleka. I was a full time player of the 2011/2012 USSF Development Academy 15/16 Georgia United coached by Tony Annan. I will continue my player development and train as much as possible with the 2012/2013 USSF DA 17/16 Georgia United as a DP coached by Ray Tomlin. Playing at this level is an incredible experience. It has helped define me as a player and as a person.
