John Engel '16 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I was 4 years old . It has been one of my biggest passions . I haved played year round between school and my club teams as long as I remember and it is my goal to continue playing at the collegiate level. 

I have good ball handling skills and my biggest asset is my speed. I am a good team player. I enjoy setting up a goal as much as I do scoring a goal. I take my coaches advice to heart and work hard on improving those skills. 

In the classroom , I work hard to keep my grades high . I have also helped coach the Junior Varsity soccer team and received a special award for that. 

Continuing my soccer career is really important to me . I hope to find a school that I can work hard in both academics and athletics . I hope to be matched with a competitive level that will challenge my soccer skills and push me to become an even better soccer player.
