My name is Luis Jimenez, born and raised in Kissimmee, Florida. I am 17 years old and being playing club soccer since I was 4 years old. I am a senior at Harmony High School. My GPA is 3.89 and I am planning to study in the field of Business and Law. I am interested in attending a college with a good soccer program and a great academic program.
Soccer has always been my passion, especially if I get the opportunity to play for a College or a University. This has been my life long dream since I was a child and I don't plan on giving up on it. My high school soccer team was the OBC Champions during my Freshman year. I play Left Mid in my high school team. The coach placed me there because of my technical and quick ball movement. In 2014 I was a Varsity starter and played the CDM position. This year 2015 I am the starter DM for the team.
I play for Florida Rush as a CB, which is my preferred position. As a CB it is important to communicate, stay composed and calm. As well as keeping my teammates in check and on track. Education is very important to me and finding the right college to start my education is a most. If I can find that college and be part of a good soccer program that I contribute towards their success it would be even better.
