Coach, coming into a college team my main goal would be to make a noticeable difference in the team, obviously for the better. Doing the right things both on and off the field will lead to a more successful season. Academic wise, I've never had a problem keeping my grades up and doing well so that won't be a problem, my grades and studies are just as important as being out there on the field.
