Personal Statement

On the field I am one of the most fiery characters you will find. I am always talking, trying to direct my teammates to do the right thing. Positionally, I provide speed, a good touch, and the confidence to take people 1v1 (not to mention the moves to pull it off). I try to play as simple as possible one and two touch, but if I see space I attack it. I'm one of the smaller kids on the pitch but I make up for my size with my work ethic and quick acceleration. My highlight of Club Soccer was when we reached the State Final my Freshman year. We took the team to overtime then fell apart, and I will stop at nothing until I get that taste out of my mouth and win a championship. I can offer a team benefits on and off the field. On the field I can stretch the field all the way to the sidelines and get wingers involved and capitalizing attacks with a good cross. Tiring out the defense and attacking at the right moments by working up and down the sidelines is how I like to play. I also like to cut into the midfield on my left foot much like how Arjen Robben plays for The Netherlands. Off the field I will bring a heart lifting character, always joking around, poking fun, and looking to get the best out of things. I want to go to school that is a reasonable distance from home, so anywhere in the Mid-Atlantic to New England regions seems achievable for me. I'm looking to go to a middle/large sized university, either Division II or Division III. Religious denominations are not of importance to me, and I want the acceptance level of the university to be somewhat exclusive. I want to go to school and study in the Business field. Anything with Marketing would be a great job to get out of college, but I also want to work in Sports. So being a Sports Marketer would be my ideal career. In college, I want to play a reasonable amount my freshman year, but the most important thing for me is to know I'm contributing and enjoying myself in a winning environment. If the training is good, playing time is good, and I get along with my teammates, I really have nothing to complain about. I would really like to compete for some sort of championship in college, whether it be conference, regional, or national championship is unimportant. I just want to step on the field, play my best soccer, and come home with something for the school I represent.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
