My dream is to play professional soccer. I have played soccer for 14 years and plan to continue at the collegiate level. My key position has always been in the midfield because of my ability to control the field and my vision to open up the play for my team. I can either play as center midfielder or left midfielder due to my speed, ball control, and my powerful left foot. In addition to midfielder, I have experience playing forward and defender. My size and speed give me strategic abilities on both sides of the ball. I can either hunt down forwards and win the ball or pressure defenses in the air and on the ground.
Leadership is a key attribute to my performance on and off the soccer field. My leadership is shown by being a servant to my teammates and leading by example. These leadership skills were developed through my experience in achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. This rank teaches you that serving before commanding makes you a better leader which has helped me to become a strong leader on the soccer field.
I am an excellent student, my diligence and hard working ethics not only affect my soccer play but my education as well. I have a 3.7 GPA and a 21 on my ACT. My goal is to play college soccer while obtaining my degree in Athletic Training. I eventually want to go on to grad school and become a Physical Therapist.
