Nathaniel Heritage '16 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6’1”, 175 lb junior attackman from Bellingham, WA. I play for the Div. 1 Sehome-Bellingham Warriors. My team has been conference champions for the last three consecutive seasons, and we just finished our 2015 regular season undefeated at 10-0, and ranked 8th in the state. This season, I finished 1st in the state in goals scored in Div. 1 with 53 goals and 10 assists in 10 games, and my 6.30 points per game (ppg) average was 2nd in the state Div. 1. I was named to the 2015 1st team All-Conference team.

Living close to British Columbia, my passion for lacrosse and desire to constantly improve took me across the border to Langley, B.C. where I played field lacrosse on their U14 Tier 1 team for two seasons.  I have also played box lacrosse in WA and B.C. with the Jr. Stealth box lacrosse program coached by Lewis Ratcliff. Highlights of my box experience include being awarded the championship game MVP at the Calgary Canada Day Box tournament in Calgary, AB, and being named to the USBOXLA Nationals All-Star team in Los Angeles, CA in 2012.

My current GPA is 3.0. I had a slow start academically my freshman and sophomore years, but have really pushed myself this year academically.  First semester this school year I earned a 3.2 GPA and the second semester I earned a 3.6.  I am interested at this point in studying business or fire science in college, but I’m not set on anything yet.  My ultimate goal is to find a college that will help me get a great education, while also playing lacrosse at a high level.  I am open to attending college anywhere in the country and I am willing to work hard in both school and lacrosse.
