Nicholas Vazquez '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Nick Vazquez,
I play goalie for my high school lacrosse team and would love the opportunity to play lacrosse at a college level. I am an athlete that coaches would love to have because I am very coachable and take criticism very well and will work harder than other players in my position. I am different from other recruits in that I am always trying to get better. Every day I am throwing a ball practicing both left and right hand. I take shots from my team mates so that I can practice exploding to the ball and becoming a better goalie in the cage. Academically I have overall good grades and am working on bringing them up higher so that colleges will notice that I as a student athlete want to get better. School for me comes first and then lacrosse because without good academics you cannot be a student athlete.
