I attend a private high school, but I went to a public elementary and middle school, and the academic competition was not as stringent. My freshman year was very difficult. By the end of my first semester, I did not have the best grades, and I was struggling to pass a few of my classes. At this point, I had to stop and evaluate my performance in the classroom. I developed a comeback plan to strengthen my success in school. I would wake up everyday at 5:30; I would work out for one hour, study the next hour, and then I would get ready for school. After school I worked out again, and then I would go home to do all of my homework no matter how long it took. This plan helped me maintain and improve my grades. My drive to sharpen myself on and off the field is what has gotten me to the skill level I am at. My goal is to play lacrosse at the collegiate level, and I will work my hardest to get there.
