I love lacrosse. I am passionate and tenacious when I am on the field. I do not quit in games or in practice; I do my best to always give 100%. I strive to do everything that I can to help my team succeed and win.
As a freshman, I was honored to have the opportunity to start on the varsity lacrosse team as a defensemen and to be a member of the varsity football team as a lineman. As a sophomore, I was the starting center on the varsity football team every game of the season as well as rotating on the defensive line. I can’t wait for our lacrosse season to begin in 2015.
I attend, St. Andrew’s Episcopal School, an elite private school in Austin, Texas with a very high academic standard. All of the classes are that I am taking would be considered advanced placement at public schools. My favorite classes are English and History.
I also have a passion for performing arts. For the past six years, I have participated in musical theater and earned leading roles in, Rent, Les Miserables, Grease, Into the Woods and Shrek the Musical. This year, I am honored to have won a spot in the Select Choir, which has a very demanding schedule, and allows us the opportunity to perform in places like Carnegie Hall and the National Cathedral in Washington, DC.
My dream is to play lacrosse at the collegiate level. I want to find the best-fit school for me academically, where I can also compete at the highest level of lacrosse.
