Jack Henry Vajda '15 Recruiting Profile

I am 6'1", 205lbs and a Junior at Rutgers Preparatory School in New Jersey. I am a starting varsity player at attack,  I also play middie and defense. My personality, willingness to work hard on and off the field, and strong leadership qualities will be how I represent my school and team. My goals include playing lacrosse at the college level and working to become a team captain for my high school team. I am a very proactive student with a 3.0 GPA who also completes many extracurricular services around my community. An educational goal that I have is working to obtain a bachelors degree, then a masters degree in criminal justice, while coaching lacrosse anytime I can. I have also coached the younger school teams during the fall and winter league seasons.

During the 2013 season I played attack, middie, defense on man down and middie on man up on the varsity team. I finished with 75 points and 50 ground balls, I was named as a first team all-prep nomination and as a second team all-county nomination. 

For the summer of 2013 I will be playing for Turnpike Elite 2015 and attending these tournaments and camps.  MVP 1 July 14-16 at the University of Delaware, the Premier Shootout at Marywood University June 24-26, Ultimate Performance Lacrosse in Annapolis Md June 27, 28,  the Top 205 camp June 30-July 3 at Towson University, the National Invite Best of the Best July 5-7 at Hofstra University, the Peak 200 camp July 8-10 at Springfield College, Champ Camp July 17-20 at Johns Hopkins/Towson University, the Rising Jr Showcase July 24-26 at Lehigh University and the Super Soph. showcase July 27 at New Canaan Ct..
