Colin Gallagher '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Colin Gallagher. I am 6'2'' and 190 lbs. Over my highschool career i have started for the JV Lacrosse team as a Junior, as well as a varsity starter over the past fall season. I was also a starter for my summer Lacrosse team, Tri State, which I participated in many prominent tournamnets with. During my highschool career my friends, coaches, and many spectators have viewed me as the leader of the Defense, and definitely the loudest player on the field. Since I began playing highschool lacrosse I have always hoped to get the chance to play lacrosse in college. When I think about where I want to go to school I feel that anywhere in the Northern or Western Areas of the country would best suit me, especially somewhere that is cold. I personally have always enjoyed cold weather, and I have developed a love for winter sports over the years. As far as majors are concerned I have not yet chosen a specific one, but i feel like something involving buisness would best suit me. As a college lacrosse player my goal would be to make a major impact defensively on the team at a high level of competition, and do my best to help my teammates to succeed.
