Lucas Kiernan '13 Recruiting Profile

I play Defense and Long Stick Midfield for North Warren Regional High School. I am a hard working player who plays for the team.  I do whatever it takes to win and aspire to be my best. I am a junior and i played varsity lacrosse my freshman as a part-time starter and a full-time starter my sophmore and junior year on Defense and on the wings of faceoffs. My Sophmore year my accomplishments were:3rd Team Sophmore All State. 2nd Team All West Jersey. 2nd Team All Express Times. 1st Team All Klank Division. 2nd Team All Skylands Conference. Best Defenseman Award. Groundball Award. Patriot Award. Athlete of the month, April. Player of the week. 5/8/11. Made Garden State lacrosse team for my region. (This seasons awards not out yet) However, i played my entire junior season with a nagging tear in my hamstring which greatly affected sprinting ability. My hamstring is fully healed now ready for summer lacrosse in which i will put a highlight film together of me playing healthy. It is my dream to play College Lacrosse and i am hoping to play for a competive school that also offers good academics.  I can contribute to a time by being a hard worker, a leader, playing on the wings off faceoffs and playing good defense 1 on 1 or off ball and playing for the team.
