Ever since I picked up a lacrosse stick in the third grade, the game has been special to me. Nothing is more exciting than working hard as a team and producing success. Lacrosse has taught me that it takes a team to win. I realize that life is the same way, whether it be school, family, or community, we have to work together. Every time I step on the lacrosse field, or contribute in my community, I consider myself to be a teammate. I wake up everyday ready to work hard and look forward to the future. Education and lacrosse are the foundation of opportunity, I believe, that will lead me to where I want to go in life.
