I am a very goal oriented person. I have been playing football ever since I was 5. For a short period of time I tried Rugby, but always continued with football. A couple of years prior to High School I wanted to give lacrosse a try, thinking it would help with my football conditioning. Little did I know how much I would end up loving the game. I'm a two way middie starter for my varsity team, and I also start at attack at times. My hope is that I will continue to play Lacrosse into my college years. My dad wishes we had our family vacations back during the summers but he understands my love of the game and my desire to play in college. Summers are now full of travel league and non-stop conditioning.
I will not say that I strive for perfection as much as I will say that I strive for constant improvement. Every day is a new chance to learn, whether it be on the field, or in the classroom. My JV coach told me he wished he had an entire team of me. His explanation is that I am trainable; I listen, follow directions, and I lead.
