My name is Tyler Aberle. I am currently a senior in high school at Athol Murray College of Notre Dame in Wilcox, Saskatchewan, Canada; although my home town is San Diego, California. The main purpose of going to school in Canada was to improve my hockey skills and increase my opportunities of playing a higher elite level of hockey. I have been playing hockey since I was 5 so that makes 12 years of experience. I’m about 5'10" and weigh around 155 lbs. Some highlights of my career are playing in several Canadian tournaments including Toronto, Ottawa, and, Vancouver, as well as American tournaments in California, Utah, Arizona, Las Vegas, Boston, and Minnesota. I have also had the opportunity to play in Melnik, Czech Republic, winning several of the tournaments in the areas listed above. I have received a number of awards such as most sportsmen like and best offensive player. Currently my team is in a provincial playoff run in the South Sask. Minor League Midget AA Tier l. The school in am interested in the most to play for is the one that wants me. I feel that I can fit into most places and scenarios and am accustomed to dorm-style living as I have been in boarding school since 10th grade. Some majors I might be interested in would be engineering, business, and economics.
