Tanner Bennett '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Tanner Bennett. I am a 5'11" 175 pound athlete from Columbus, Indiana. I have tremendous hands and and am a good athlete with a great work ethic on the ice and in the classroom as my 3.8 GPA reflects that. I love the game, and I am very passionate about playing the game at a high level. I want to play at the highest level I can possibly play at. I bring leadership, work ethic and passion to the team. I lead by example as well as motivation, being the captain of the hockey team for 7 years and even as a freshmen, taught me how to be a good leader. My freshmen year I started on the Varsity team as we had consecutive state Runner Up finishes to Culver Military Academy.Im currently in my second year of Junior hockey and look forward to playing college hockey and learning as much as i can about the game. I want to go wherever hockey takes me. Location on a school doesn't really matter to me as much as the school itself, I want to go into accounting at a business school. My athletic goals are to let hockey take me as far as I can. I want to play at the highest level possible, whatever that level may be.
