I have been a golfer since 6th grade and would love playing golf at higher levels. Freshman year at Pius, I was on the freshman team. Last year (sophomore year) I was placed on the Junior Varsity but played many matches with varsity because of my low scores. This year I have been placed as one of the leaders for the golf team as well as on varsity.
I practice on a daily basis when it's a reasonable temperature outside. I have gone to inside golf domes as well as some practices with other high end coaches. I have been extremely motivated into playing golf because I know it can help me through college. School is an important part of my life because I know it can take me to some great careers. I maintain a 3.7 GPA. I work extremely hard to keep good grades. Studying and doing homework is very important to me because it helps me understand what I am doing in-class. It prepares me for the next class.
In college, I am interested in pursuing a major in business sales, marketing or entrepreneurship. I enjoy persuading people to work with me. I have started up two of my own businesses. The first is fixing iDevices, and the second is detailing automobiles. Outside of school I play the piano, and volunteer for the church community by either serving mass with father or playing the trumpet in mass with the pianist. I also work at a grocery store which is my main job after school. I have received many awards and raises because of my customer service. In my school and community I will continue to volunteer as I enter college. I'm looking forward becoming a student and athlete at your university.
