First, thank you for taking an interest in me, my academics, and golf related accomplishments. As a senior at Mt. Spokane High School, located near Spokane, WA, I continue to focus on further developing my academic, athletic and leadership skills into my college career. I will graduate from high school in June 2012 with academic and athletic honors. My collegiate goal is to obtain a quality education while also experiencing a competitive and challenging collegiate golf team career. An additional goal would be to graduate from college with very little student loan debt. I am a leader, team and otherwise, who is well mannered, evenly tempered, one who is near par at most events and highly respected by my opponents as well as coaches and event officials. I expect to be able to contribute as a player and leader early into my collegiate career.
I have yet to commit to a major but have an interest in engineering and sciences as well as obtaining at least a business minor. Given my maturity and work ethic, I could see myself being successful in a collegiate experience locally or outside the Northwest. Larger or smaller school is not a concern as I will find my niche within a group of people who also strive to develop themselves and value integrity. I possess a “bring it on, go get ‘em” approach to life.
Again, thank you for taking an interest in me.
Sincerely,
Tye Morrison
