CHRISTOPHER ESPINOZA '18 Recruiting Profile

My College goals are to excel in the classroom first.  I Have been on the Honor Roll as a student at Canyon High School the last 3 years.  I started playing golf competitively in middle school and have been on the Varsity team since my sophomore year.  Playing in multitude tournaments throughout Texas has given me the opportunity to lower my scores and build confidence in myself.  I have been working extremely hard year-round to advance to the State round with my Team this year.  Academically,  I understand that being a student first and maintaining a high GPA will help me at the next level.  I am interested in pursuing my studies in Sports Management/Business Management Major.   My Private golf Coaches, Mike Vardeman and Bryan Gathright have been a true Blessing throughout my High School career.  After playing at the College level and Professional level,  I would like to become a Professional Golf Instructor to many children and adults of this wonderful game of golf.  Outside of playing golf, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, helping my grandfather with his Cattle on the ranch, fishing, being involved in my Church and being outdoors.  I am extremely competitive and dedicated to improving my golf game and lowering my scores.  If you choose me, I will be a Student first, and the most hardworking and dedicated golfer on your team.
