Dear Coach,
My goal is to graduate in 4 years with honors, while helping my golf team win a national championship. After graduation, I want to run my own business. I've been passionate about the game of golf since I was 8. My dad and I have traveled all over the US and Europe playing in junior tournaments. I know what it means to play the game with respect and ethics. I know I will be a great teammate because my personality is laid back and a dry sense of humor. I believe it's important to encourage my team and to lead by example. I started my own charity about 6 years ago for under privileged families in my town. Instead of having birthday parties, I have class mates over to bring items to donate. I call it Kids n Kandy Kanes. I have solid grades and will be taking the ACT/SAT this spring. I come from a great family and love playing golf. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you about how I can be a part of your team.
