Character - Last year I received the Warrior Award from both the basketball and golf teams. The Warrior Award is the most prestigeous award given at Walnut Grove Christian School. The Warrior Award is nominated by your teammates for the Person who displays the highest level of Leadership, Character and Integrity.
Academics - I am currently ranked #1 in my class academically. I have taken every AP and Honors Class that is offered at my school. I started taking High School Classes my 8th grade year and I am on course and eligible to graduate at the end of my Junior Season (Spring 2015) if I choose to do so.
Athletics - I have been part of two State Championship Varsity Basketball Teams, and have played Varsity Basketball since my 8th grade year. I Started the Varsity Golf Team at Walnut Grove my 8th Grade year - and have been Captain and MVP Each of those years. I have finished runner up in the SCACS (South Carolina Association of Christian Schools) Varsity Golf Tournament my 8th Grade, 9th Grade, and 10th Grade years.
My goal is to pursue my dream of playing collegiate golf. The combination of my work ethic, academics, character, leadership, integrity and willingness to learn sets me apart from other recruits. I have only been playing golf competitively for 3 years but have shown improvement each and every season. I am willing to put in the work to be the best I can be.
