My name is Mitchell Kiser and I will be a senior at Kickapoo High School in Springfield, MO. I will be graduating in 2015 and would like very much the opportunity to play golf in college. I started playing golf when I was little but never really got that into it until 8th Grade year because I had to make the decision to play golf or baseball in high school. I started playing competitively in junior tournaments and knew that I wanted to play golf. I never really had any real instruction other then from my dad until after my sophomore year. My swing coach is Danny Shumacher at Millwood Country Club. I work very hard at becoming a better golfer and I love the game of golf and I want to continue to get better and better. I have wonderful parents and they have always been here to help me out and support any of my decisions. They will support me and help me go to college. I know that I will always work hard on the course and in the class room and I feel that I would be an asset to any golf team. College golf will help me become the golfer I want to be. I look up to my high school coach, he always said family first, school second, and golf third. I will work hard to achieve my goals and be successful.
