Isaac Westlake '16 Recruiting Profile

        My name is Isaac Westlake and I will be a 2016 graduate of Crookston High School.  I have been playing golf for about 7 years and absolutely love everything about the game.  I have been playing on my high school's varsity team since my freshman year of high school.  I always strive to become the best golfer I can be. I work hard to get better every single day I step foot on the golf course and into the classroom.  I am completely focused on my golf game during the season as well as the off season.  I practice year round by hitting golf balls into a net/simulator, a putting mat, studying golf techniques and private lessons.

       My goal during high school is to develop both my golf skills and academic skills to enable me to continue on at the college level. Next year, while completing my senior year of high school,  I will also be taking college credits part-time at the University of Minnesota on the Crookston campus.  I hope to obtain a business degree and hopefully be able to be become a club pro at a golf course, or maybe own my own golf course.  Either way, my long range goal is to choose a career that somehow relates to golf.
