Here are a few important aspects about me.
I live in Chaska, Minnesota and attend Chaska High School. Being a student athlete, education has been very important growing up. I recently finished my junior year and put my best effort forward when in the classroom. Although my GPA may not reflect this, looking at my transcript you will see that my first two years were a struggle and do not emulate the level that I can perform. My junior year was much more impressive and I know I will continue to stay on this more fitting path in the classroom. As for my sports background, I grew up playing hockey because that's just what we do in Minnesota. After 11 years of hockey, I decided that giving up my starting spot as a varsity goalie was crucial in order to be able to focus more on school as well as golf. When I am not working on my own game, I spend time caddying at Hazeltine National Golf Course- host of the 2016 Ryder Cup.
My overall goal is to improve my game to the highest level. I plan to continue to work hard both in the classroom and on the golf course. I am able to stand out from others because of my ability to contribute to a leadership role on a team and my outstanding work ethic on and off the golf course.
