Austin Tevlin '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'1" Junior that attends High School in Edwardsburg Michigan. I will be playing on the Varsity Golf Team this year, being my first year. All during school I have been a member of the Basketball, Baseball and Footbal teams. My first two years of High School I participated on the Baseball team in the Spring, then dedicated myself to Golf. I have currently a GPA of 2.8 and will be bringing up my GPA in the last three semesters of my High School career. This last year I was employed at our local Country Club as cart assistant then promoted to the Pro Shop. This allowed me access to playing daily and working on my golf skills. I also played in the South Bend, IN Junior Golf Tour and all Club Tournaments and Championship, where I shot a 77 which was my first real tournament experience. I ranked second in the entire tournament. I would entertain any division of school which provides an opportunity for me to play competitive golf. I am open to varying degrees of campus and school size, but one that would provide a high level of academic growth. Geographically I would prefer Southern states that would allow for year round play.
