Gavin DePauw '15 Recruiting Profile

Its always been my dream to play D1 or D2 collegiate golf ever since i swung a club. I have personally strived to get better all year round every year. Being a captain over three years and leading our team to some good runs to the finals has taught me what it takes to play on a successful team. I am very passionate about winning no matter what the competition is. I have earned all state honors the past two years and I'm going for a third. I earned my league MVP last year and I'm going for two. Academics although come first for me. I would like to major in architecture, business management, or sports business(I am currently undecided). I would love to stay somewhat close to home so I'm not to far from my family but I'm willing to give anywhere a chance. I want a college that can give me a great education and at the same time better my golf game all-around. I am very ambitious about bringing my game to the next level and wherever I decide to go I will give it my all.
