David Bartels '16 Recruiting Profile

My intention is to graduate with a 4 year degree in Business with an emphasis of study in Finance or Accounting. I would also like to minor in German. I am currently in my 4th year of German and have earned straight A's since my Freshman year.  I aspire to be the best student and athlete that I can be on a daily basis.

I have played the game of golf seriously for nine years.  I love to Golf, and I am motivated to practice every day. My current goal is to improve my ability to stay laser focused one shot at a time.  I am patient, and I believe in perseverance.  I believe I can win and bring value to your team.

While I am similar to many recruits in that I enjoy competition and sports in general, I am unique in that I have overcome many academic challenges despite being dyslexic.  As a result, I put forth greater effort in all that I do to achieve success.
