A top caliber player for the Class of 2017, and the son of a former PGA Club Professional, I recently took up the game just over a year and a half ago. I have put in countless hours and am dedicated to one day being a successful collegiate golfer and Tour player. Within the last year, I have improved my scoring to the low 70’s. Some recent highlights from my first full summer of competitive golf are:
Qualified for the Florida Junior Amateur by shooting a 73 (34-39) at the World Golf Village Slammer and Squire (Yardage 6939, Course rating 73.8, slope rating 135)
1st place finish in the North Florida Junior Golf Event. Shooting 75 (38-37) at Hidden Hills Country Club in Jacksonville, FL. Yardage: 6892, Course Rating, 74.0, Slope Rating 136
2nd place finish (75), at St. Johns Golf and Country Club, completing the last 13 holes (-1) (Yardage 6801, Course rating 73.5, slope rating 133).
Carded a 2nd round 76, in The Florida Junior Amateur at World Golf Village - King and Bear, (Yardage 7070, Course Rating 74.1, Slope Rating 138)
Competed in an HJGT event at The LPGA International (Hills), carding a 2nd round score of 76, (Yardage 6743, Course Rating 74.1, Slope Rating 143) rebounding from day one, good for a 4th place finish
Posted a HJGT field best final round 74, in rainy conditions, at St. Johns Golf and Country Club (Yardage 6801, Course rating 73.5, slope 133), finishing 2nd
Led Fleming Island High School to Clay County Championship, with a team medalist round of 74, earning 1st Team All-County Honors for the 2nd consecutive year, Eagle Landing Golf Club (Yardage 6764, Course rating 73.5, slope 137)
