My dream and goal is to get a degree in college while playing college golf and become a professional golfer. My strong work ethic would be my number one attribute to be a good college student-athlete golfer, along with my natural golf ability. I am accustomed to the hard work necessary to be successful. I am dedicated and committed to success in the efforts that I pursue. I know that I will be a good college teammate because my experience on the varsity golf team has made me a good leader. I was captain all four years of varsity golf and I held the number one position. I am always trying to recruit anyone to the team that I can. I enjoy working with others to achieve a goal. I am looking for a university and golf program where I can excel and be a positive influence. My college goals are to graduate with a reputable degree, enjoy my golf and the friendships from the team, and to benefit from the college experience. I am looking for a college coach that I can relate and understand in helping me improve as a golfer and as a person. Someone who is helpful, inspiring, and a role model that I can respect. The strengths of my golf game is my iron play (greens in regulation). I have also demonstrated maturity in the mental and emotional aspects of my game. I think my golf game will continue to improve because I work hard at my game and pratice any available time that I have. I love the game of golf!! It has been a part of my life from the age of 3. Golf is my passion! I even got a job working on Isabella Golf Course for the 2011 summer to get a clear understanding of the care and maintenance of the course. My experience in golf has been great! I have played four years for the high school varsity team, playing in districts, state, and two ASGA High School Overall Championship events. On October 30,2012, I was named one of the Arkansas Democrat and Gazette's All Arkansas Preps players of the year in 2012-13 golf season and will be recognized on a state level. I played nine years in the Arkansas Junior PGA Tour. I placed first in all tournaments this year and played in the State Overall Championship (qualified and played 8 different times). As of May 26, 2012, I became the course record holder at Cortez Golf Course in Hot Springs Village, shooting a 68 for the second time. I also participate and play in multiple charitable events. I am looking forward to playing golf on the next level!!
