Tyler Olsen '15 Recruiting Profile

Basketball is more than a sport to me. I am a true 1 guard out of Glenrock Wyoming. I have emerged as one of the top players in the state. I have been a captain, and a leader for my high school team every year of my high school career. I love the game with all my heart, and the amount of time and hard work that I have put into this game will pay off for me. However, I see basketball as more than sport. I see basketball as a gateway to my future success. My ultimate goal is to become a 4 year, high level basketball player at a college that best fits my talents, but after college I want to continue on with basketball and become a coach. My goal is to one day become a Division 1 head or assistant basketball coach. My love for this game is rare. I have made many connections with different college coaches and becoming a coach at the college level is something I want to do. Teaching my future players about the game, but also  teaching them life-long lessons is a goal that I will reach in the near future.
