As of May 2012, I am just completing my first year of Juco bball at Frank Phillips in Borger Texas. With a new coach and 12 new freshmen players, we had a challeging year to comnpete in the top region of juco across the country. playing time wasn't favorable with predominantly guards and no strong post system;therefore, it was based on the guard that could score the most points rather then the guard that can setup his playmakers or simply attack and drive to the basket like myself. My interest is to be in a program that can utilized my 5A state championship experience just 2 years ago, and gives me the true opportunity to compete. My recruitng experience hasn't been favorable based on my junior year and the predicted shools of choice that disappeared for more reasons then one, so I was chosen at the last second to attend FP. My thoughts now are to work hard over the summer with Coach Cedric Ward in a thorough training regime with some possible pro-am summer game experience to benefit from older players. Along with my AAU Coach White with the complex training task he uses to toughen his players mentally. Please come see me this summer as I am destined to help someones program based on my training as a point guard and not to convert my game to a 2 guard as its been the last coach seem to do to keep me on the court. I am blessed to be healthy and excited about this summers training and conditioning that I am currently involved in.
