Jonathan Taldo '10 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to attend a college where I can play basketball as a freshman. I would like to be able to contribute to a winning season, as well grow into a solid position of leadership. Being a physical player and going strong on the inside, I am the #1 rebounder in our District. This year, I have also worked and focused on becoming a better offensive player. These efforts have netted me 7 games where I have posted double-doubles. Senior year has seen gains of leading the team in scoring, rebounding, and blocks as well as leading the district in taking a charge. With a passion for the game, I play with a lot of energy. Being a team player, I strive to handle situations, both on the court and off, in a mature manner, not to jeopardize my eligibility as well as my responsibility to the team to remain eligible. My academic goal is to complete a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Kinesiology. As well as graduating with a degree, it is also important to me to find a way to give back to a community who has given so much to me.
