Basketball is a sport that I enjoy being a part of through little leagues, within my schools, and AAU teams. I have been playing basketball since the age of about 5. This sport has helped me build relationships with my team mates. Throughout the sport, I continue to demonstrate a positive attitude, good sportsmanship, dedication, commitment, and hard work. On and off the court I put forth a great effort and do my best.
In the classroom, my grades have been on point. I have been an honor student since kindergarten. My behavior and conduct speaks for itself. It represents who I am and what I can achieve. I’m very respectful, responsible, and a good young man that treats people the way in which I would like to be treated.
With these attributes I plan to go forward in life by implementing my purposeful learning and instruction directed toward my objectively high standards. Cooperation, assertiveness and responsibility are vital to success, but you have to want to be successful. Actions speak louder than words. Your ability to earn a quality education depends solely on the student that is putting in the hard work and efforts that it takes to succeed. I am a work in progress with high academic goals. I am college for certain.
