Personal Statement

I would like to start by saying thanks for this opportunity! My name is Daniel Hill. I'm a senior at Liberty Technology Magnet High School in Jackson, TN. My dream is to continue playing basketball in college reaching the highest level in the game that I love and will give my all for; it doesn't matter where I play but I prefer the college to be Division 1 or a high Division 2 with a great basketball program and has an great enviroment for students getting a education. When I first picked up a basketball at the age of 4, I've loved the game from that day and I know this what I'm willing to spend my life around, the rush through my body that I recieve is so pleasant and feel I can always overcome any challenge anyone place in front of me. Nobody in my family has had the chance to play college basketball but I would love to change that and make the one's I love happy and pleased with my accomplishments in basketball.I also want to use basketball to get the best education possible. Finally, a little information about me as a ball player, I have the mentality to make it, hard working, determine to make my teammates around me better, will never give up on a play, and I know what it takes to win, because everyone likes a player who is humble, has a good character, and is coachable.
