2011/12 SeasonPersonal Statement
My name is Christopher Egi. I am a member of the graduating class of 2015 and stand 6 feet 9 inches tall in basketball shoes. I have been a member of my school basketball team for 4 years. This summer I traveled with my Canada's U17 National team to Lithuania to play in the U17 World Championship despite being a year younger than most other competitors. After this I played with the #1 Ranked CIA Bounce U18 AAU team and was a major part of the rotation, despite being two years younger than most of the player I competed with. It has always been a dream of mine to play basketball at the university level and I am looking for a school which combines high academic standards with the opportunity to play at a high level.
