Patrick Caruso '13 Recruiting Profile

I am the hardest worker out there. I will be the first player at practice and the last player out of practice. I love winning and I love the hard work it takes to be a winner. I can be a leader on a team and drive the team into the mindset that winning is everything and doing whatever it takes to win is a job we all share. Playing collegiate basketball is my dream and I would love to play at the highest level i possibly can and make an impact on any team I can. I will go to great lengths to accomplish my goals and reach my dreams, even if I must play for a school far away from home. Location isn't a big deal to me. I'd like to make it to the biggest possible program I can and one that puts me in a position to push myself to my limits and become the best player I can possibly be. I'm 6'4 still growing long and athletic. My best attribute is shooting. I am a consistent and spot on shooter and once I get in a groove its hard to stop me. My role on my varsity team last year was the designated shooter. When we needed a quick three coach would put the ball in my hands and trust me to knock it down. My best accomplishment as a varsity player was in our first sectionals game in 2010 when i hit 2 three's with under 2 minutes to go in the game that brought us within 2 points. Or when in my junior year I had 19 points in a game where we were down by 11 and I hit a few shots that started a rally and led us to win the game. All in all I would love to play college basketball, it has always been a dream of mine and I'm going to do everything I possibly can in order to get to the highest level of competition and reach my potential.
