Hello. My name is Trevin Ramirez.
My collegiate goals are to first off successfully graduate from the college I would be attending. Just like I am working myself out daily to make it to the next level of basketball, after college I would want to succeed in making it to the next level again. My main goal though is to major in Kinesiology. My education is highly important to me, right next to basketball, at the collegiate level.
In my opinion, what makes me a good candidate for a team would have to be how reliable I am on and off the court. You would never have to worry about me making a bad decision off of the court. I have enough self discipline to make sure my grades are good at all times. Another great reason would be my work ethic. I am always willing to work hard, whether it be by myself, or with my teammates. I tend to keep the most positive attitude on the court, playing as a leader, being vocal as a leader also. I have a huge passion for basketball, which leads me to wanting to know more of the game. I always want to learn something new from a coaches perspective, sometimes even players.
A few things that make me different from other recruits in the character area, is definitely my personality. I love to make people laugh and smile. I am always making sure to greet my elders, friends and teammates. I feel I am very easy to get along with. I enjoy meeting new people. In the athletics area, I am always prepared to workout. I will bring a positive attitude to practice everyday. I am a coachable player, always willing to give and receive information. My academics will never be a problem, I will always strive to maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher.
