Ryan Rivera '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ryan Rivera and I am a 5'10 point guard and shooting guard from Albuquerque, New Mexico at Saint Pius High School. I have been blessed enough to be a two year starter and a three year varsity player in my high school program. I have earned a 3.6 gpa in high school with several honors and AP classes. I am currently part of the National Honor Society. I have been on the honor roll all of my semesters in  high school and lettered academically twice. I was also in a math competition with a few fellow students where we placed 5th in the state.

It would be an incredible honor to play at the next level, as well as earn an education. The education is something that is very important to me well I want to excel in the classroom and on the court. I would like to pursue something in math or science such as engineering or computer science. The plan  after that is to attend law school and graduate from there. My goal is to make an immediate impact in the classroom and on the court as a basketball player. I also plan to grow as a young man and make the best out of any opportunity I am given. I really would like to be given the chance to make my family proud. I am open to play anywhere or in any division. It has always been a goal of mine to play at the next level.
