My dream and goal since the start of my eigth grade year was to play collegiate basketball, I want it bad. Ever since then I can't tell you the countless hours of work in the gym with Coach Christopher Ward (NBA trainer). Upon working with Coach Ward, I recently started to work with Mario Lovett, a recent UCF basketball player that has prospered into an amazingly renown trainer in the bay area. He also trains me with weight training, speed and agility, footwork, as well as strenth and conditioning. I've been grateful and lucky to have come across such amazing basketball minds to pick at to increase my basketball knowledge as well as skill set. Upon working with them I know that the work anyone does with a trainer has to go beyond the gym and the weight room, you have to go out and work on your "craft" as if its your job because thats what it comes down to it is a job, that's what I have to make of it. Constantly working and out working everyone no matter what whether its a game or another workout, I know its what I have to do to make it to the next level. What I'm trying to say is that basketball is my life, my world other kids and players claim this, but I know what hard work can do in this game as well as the transfer of this practice into the real world. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed I understand that, but you have to be around good basketball to get noticed. I don't stop ever, I don't party because I'm in the gym, I don't hang out with friends because I know what sacrifices I have to make in order to be successful in this game, and I'm willing to outwork anyone in my state as well as the country to get there.
